Why pick Neukin? For 6+years we have been building high quality turbo manifolds that do not FAIL. All custom built and with 4 solid hours of precise hand laid welds by the same two hands that have built over 700 manifolds. You can pay way more for a turbo manifold with a few robotic welds.. but the rest are hand laid welds.. its just a good sales pitch. Well its hard to make the turbo manifolds much better then they are. Even with a clean tig weld inside the turbo manifold collector there can still be minor bumps as the liquid metal rolls over the edge. The last 20 or so custom turbo manifolds that shipped have a ported collector that cleans that up a bit.. its not going to equal much horsepower but the fact we add value into each unit rather then milk you for your monies worth is a plus :) I was just getting bored to be honest.. needed to make it a bit better somehow... now if i can just get them shipped in 1 week we would be rocking! HOW TO PICK A TURBO

Compressor Housing and name description:
HP6262E E compressor cover 3" inlet and 2" outlet
HP6262S S compressor cover 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet
HP6262SP SP cover is same as above but bullet holes on inlet for anti surge (highboost) and ported 2.5" outlet
HP6765H H cover is 3" outlet
HP6265SP-B The B simply means its a ball bearing turbo with whatever cover
Dual Ball Bearing (DBB) or B is a $350 upgrade which helps spoolup about 300rpm or more. The high performance dbb center requires oil like normal for lube/cooling and then older models needed Coolent lines too for even more cooling. Coolent cooling is required if you want your turbo to last and to keep your warranty. In most cases you MUST run a restrictor on DBB turbos that will reduce the oil flow into the top of the turbo. High oil pressure from your engine can cause smoke, lack of performance and damage to your turbo.
The new HP turbos from Precision Turbo if ball bearing now feature a heat sink looking center cast section that requires no coolent. These ceramic bearings can take the heat and save you money and time not requiring coolent setups.
Turbine housings: t3 or a larger t4 inlets are available in a few castings. T25 is not offered for SC turbos
T3: most are available in .48 .63 and .82
-4bolt standard outlet (this design is about 1" less on center then a 5bolt - turbo sticks out from the t3 mount)
-5bolt outlet (not like a T25 5bolt outlet - also 1" more on center then 4bolt, better for more compact area)
-Vband (circular flange that thats gasketless using a clamp and is clockable )
-GT 4bolt Available from Garrett on GT turbos like GT35R the outlet sticks out from the housing going from 2.5 to a true 3" as the casting has a built in transition essentially
-Vband in and out, Precision is casting beautiful vband inlet and outlet turbines for clean clockable turbos that feature lower weight and more compact foot prints for compact areas. Out with the old t3 and t4 turbines, its time to race soldiers.
T4: - Vband with a .58 .68 .81 or .96 AR turbine casting
T4 Divided if available: .98 1.12 1.28 and a 1.44
Turbo Names are now easy to understand. A HP 6765 Precision turbo has a 67mm compressor wheel and a 65mm turbine wheel.

Formula D Pro-Am competition this November 2009 (our American professional drift series) held in California at Irwindale Speedway ended amazingly.
Derek King rocked his battled Nissan S13 just n the nick of time to compete. The SR, chassis, Neukin V-mount kit, and driver had nothing but success... little did he know a faulty wire planned a sneak attack. At the end of his 1st and only qualifying run a bit of smoke and potential fire near the crotch caused him to pass on his other 2 qualifying runs. Derek was still able to place 16th scoring a well deserved Formula D Pro License. Congrats DK!!!!!!! your hard work and dedication is paving your way.
This past weekend at soldier Field Chicago was the round 3 D1 Grand Prix. One if our guys Derek King pushed his way to top 16 in his Pink/Glitter SR S13 racing the D1 Pro driver Yoshioka in a S15. You can get to the action at 3:45 in this video.

NEUKIN Takes 1st and 10th at Drift Indy Event May 8 2009 at SpeedRome Indianapolis Indiana. Derek King burnt some tread in his S13 white and pink Coupe. The SR ran great with the help of the Neukin Vmount kit. The massive radiator and intercooler from Neukin somehow survived undamaged by cones once Derek killed the front bumper. You have to hand it to him for great clipping points. Then our TIG welding white boy Alex Neumann busted out a 10th place.. NOOB style, just goes to show a bit of practice and a good Neukin Car can do. Hope to keep moving up that list and put Neukin Products through the paces.
